My wife and I went to Budapest for the Christmas Markets and the Hotel is located directly in the market which makes it an awesome place to plan your excursions from. The staff was awesome. The airline lost our luggage and the desk clerk was kind enough to call the airport and speak to them in Hungarian and insure that our bags would be brought back to the hotel and they were. Overall an awesome experience and we will absolutely be staying here again.

We entered the room and there was dirt and a cigarette butt next to the bed When we left we asked them to clean the room and explained the location of the dirt We returned in the evening and it still hadn't been cleaned. The receptionist cleaned the room from a cigarette that was left and didn't clean it before we entered the room I asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days he didn't find time to come and talk and apologize

We didn’t interact with any of the staff except when we checked in. Hence, the rating about the staff. The only thing I could mention is the taxi always seem to get lost when bringing as back to out hotel. But other than that, it is a good location.

Great Location… but no A/C
The hotel location is fantastic, right in the center of the “Pest” side of town. The only complaint I have is that the hotel A/C was turned off, which meant you had to open the window… and it was still a little warm for sleeping. Don’t know why they wouldn’t turn it back on..?

This hotel should not be a 4*! The room stinks of cigarettes! The curtains, sofa , all have strong cigarettes smell. The carpet has brown pattern but it black from dirt.

the room carpets were dirty. room was so small, the shower door came out of railing every time we tried to close it for showering. we arrived past 3PM and the room was not ready for us and we had to wait after a long journey. we asked for another room up in higher level because of the noise but none was available. this room was not worth for the price I paid.

Good hotel, good service, good breakfast buffet. We recommend it!. Some fixtures on the room don’t work and the HVAC system is central. Do make sure you manage your expectations, beside those item. The Hotel is a great decision to explore and enjoy the city.

We liked the location of this boutique hotel. It’s awesome location makes it very easy to fine dining options and to visit most of the attractions as they are in walking distance. The hotel and room was very clean, room modernly decorated with comfy beds. Now what we disliked: the AC did not work properly, it looked like it was set to minimum 24.5C and there was extreme humidity in the room and the entire building. It was 34C outside so it was quite unpleasant. Our clothes became humid and the sheets felt humid as well. The room was shockingly small, you can barely walk in front of the bed. The shower drain was clogged and the shower will fill up with water. Another negative, the blackout curtains are too small for the large windows and the sun creeps in so you cannot sleep in.
