Excellent location to River and Christmas markets. Polite and very helpful staff. Loved our top floor room! Breakfast had a generous variety and we enjoyed the Zenobia Lebanese and Syrian Restaurant. Thank you for storing our luggage safely while we waiting a few hours for our cruise to begin after check out. Would come back!!!

Wonderful hotel, and exactly what we wanted during our first weekend ever in Budapest; a boutique experience, with top floor views to the Basilica, very comfortable bed, pillow menu, and a delicious breakfast. Location is just perfect, right in the middle of the famous shopping avenue, and very close to the city centre. Staff is also very friendly! Top tip to enhance your experience? I had a 90 min antistress massage in the spa area that made me feel amazing.

Really lovely hotel, easy access to public transport and in a high end street of shops. Lots of choice for breakfast (including fresh pancakes!) And the hotel restaurant was also really good for dinner. Clean hotel & great facilities, friendly staff who let us check in half an hour early and let us leave our bags on check out day. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, not very busy but convenient to reach restaurants and transport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is because to have an evening drink you have to go into the attached restaurant where most people are eating, because there is no hotel bar. I would stay again and recommend.

Wonderful stay
We had a delightful stay at the hotel moments. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and they have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes all different kinds of coffee plus hot chocolate. It is available 24 seven for gas. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit.
