Dear Estelle, Thank you for your review! We are really sorry to hear the you were disappointed in the apartment. All of our one-bedroom apartments and junior suites are facing to the inner yard. The other apartment categories are facing to the street and we mark these apartments with "cityview". At Loft Astoria we do not provide daily cleaning, but you can always ask for clean towels at the reception and we replace them immediately. Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry that your stay at Loft Astoria was not quite the way you imagined. Please note that we are not a hotel therefor we do not have daily cleaning. The 39 euro -which is the exact price of the cleaning - means the cleaning after the guest leave the property. Although the cleaning team cleans the whole apartment on the 3rd day and guests can ask for towels/toilet rolls at the reception anytime. On the other hand you could have let us know that you would need cleaning and I'm pretty sure that our front desk agent could send the cleaning team to the apartment right away. Regarding to the apartment. Our junior suits do not have the city view and have windows facing to the yard but it is entitled on each of our booking sites. Kind regards, Bernadett
