Located in a quiet and private area, 950m from the beautiful sandy beach of Sant'Anna where there is the possibility to rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs and take advantage of various entertainment such as renting pedal boats, canoes, rafts etc. The beach of Sant'anna is bordered by the homonymous pine wood of Sant'Anna where you can take advantage of the many services including: parking, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, public showers and coast guard service. Tolles Urlaubsdomizil in ruhiger Lage!
Problemloses einchecken mit allen Erklärungen von Mülltrennung bis Hausbesichtigung. Antwort auf alle Fragen und da die Vermieter nebenan wohnen sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen. Ruhige Lage mit einem großen, schattigen Garten. Ausstattung komplett mit allem was man benötigt für 4 Personen. Insgesamt ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil!

Un séjour de qualité.
Très agréable villa, bien équipée, au décor sobre et de bon goût. Dans un quartier tranquille de la région de Budoni, avec une vue très dégagée et une pelouse très fraîche tout autour de la maison. La région de Budoni rend l'accès facile à de nombreuses plages, proches ou plus éloignées et très belles.
