Comfortable stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of lighting in the room. Had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It doesn’t bother us but there are places the paint could use some touch ups. It is an older hotel.

The check in was kind of late we were told a 4 pm all the bottom rooms were taken by that time my Husband is Handicap would have been perfect down stairs not to mention the kids they were tired. the rooms were very clean but the outside of the property and the elevator needs an up grade over all i give it 3 stars. Thanks for the stay

Great location alot of closed restaurants pharmacy on the corner my only dislike where the beds they where terrible we could feel the springs and very noisy.

It's not the fanciest but it's quiet and near a lot of entertainment locations and shops; easy to check in and out of and nice staff. Definitely worth a try to stay at.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, awful, gross, no words can describe it. Room pictures were a lie, stains, torn carpets, good thing it was only for a few hours for Knotts Scary Farm.

Check in was easy and the front desk man was nice. As soon as we got into the room the overwhelming smell of bleach was present. We thought it’d be fine for just a single night and at least it was cleaned with bleach. We woke up the next morning to the overwhelming smell of pee in the room and decided to leave asap. Would be an okay place to stay for an overnight trip to Knott’s if you don’t have a pee room.

Room was clean, easy check in, fridge and microwave, comfortable bed. Bathroom was run down, but everything worked. Area is not great, but it's walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm, save the $35 parking fee at Knott's. Reasonable price for what you get.

We got the honey room room and we loved how it was set up. The room was dirty and dated. Carpet was pealing up, bathroom counter had exposed screws, glass around the hot tub had finger prints, and the tub had a few stains. The bed was great, sheets were clean. Tv options, were awesome. The safe had no batteries so we couldn’t lock up our valuables. The fridge didn’t cool well. The property was very dated. All the tiles looked heavily stained and chipped, all the doors were all dented. It’s a nice idea/design for a property but it needs major upgrades!!
