Worst room in Buena Park
The place is outdated obviously.. there is no gift shop like the pictures stated. Everything is broken and dusty and old . I had to switch rooms 3 times the first one smelled like urine sooo bad I couldn’t take it . The second one the toilet was broken they didn’t fix it for 2 days I kept taking my little ones down stairs . The third room had an outdated air condition that wouldn’t shut off so it stayed 58 degrees inside the room my whole family woke up with a cold . I was done they over charge for a place that is this outdated . Never will I stay here again!

Check in isn’t until 4pm and they’ll charge $35 for anything earlier. A lot of the electrical outlets don’t work. The cleaning crew will knock at 830am to try to get you to check out early.

We had a terrible experience. - There was only 1 person at desk checking in and it took forever. - The shower/tub was gross and it was leaking all night. My children didn’t even want to take a bath. - There were damages throughout the room. Warped, lifted flooring, baseboards coming off, uneven floors, creaking ceiling. - One of our children slept on the pull out sofa and we had to request additional bedding for it and got pushback saying the hotel was running low when I asked for 1 more sheet to cover the sofa that felt grimy. - The flooring was not leveled properly or was uneven so the furniture drawers kept sliding open on their own and would not stay closed. My husband had to stuff napkins under them and in between drawers to keep them from opening. - The guests in the room above us were up until early hours of the morning moving around and we could hear every movement and step they made, the ceiling was creaking so loud that we barely got any sleep because it sounded like it was going to come down. We didn’t want to cause issues so we dealt with it until the next morning. My husband went to the front desk in the morning on 10/27/24 and asked if we could please get a refund for the remainder of our stay and check out. The front desk told him yes we could as long as we checked out by 11am. We checked out before 11 and only got refunded for 1 night. General manager didn’t care and said they followed hotel policy so only offered to refund $28.57. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel smells like smoke. The manager is very rude. I would never say there again. Hospitality was just very bad at zero to one if I had to give it to 0 to 10, it would be a one.

The lights, tv and parts or the bathroom did not work or were broken. No sheets or pillows for fold out bed. Friend who also paid for a room was told the reservation was not in their system and denied a prepaid nonrefundable room. Customer services SUCKS!

Perfect for a Quick, Cheap Stay
In a great location! Next to Starbucks and Porto’s for easy breakfast. Close to Knott’s and Disney. The room itself was clean, although it didn’t look the nicest. Some outlets covers were broken and the air conditioner dripped water, but overall the noise level was quiet, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was perfect for our weekend trip to theme parks.

At first glance it is a beautiful property. All the elements online are there. They are also going through some sort of transition so there is room upgrading going on. We were impressed by our room at first glance, but once you looked closer there were things not in working order. It WAS extremely beautiful, and extremely clean in the room, which made the cobwebs all over outside the rooms very noticeable. In our room the HVAC system was ancient, our unit ran uncomfortably cold all night. There was no way to turn it off, even the front desk instructions did not work, there were no blankets in the room, I had to go down to the front desk to get some. I spoke to another guest in the elevator who had no A/C at all and when they called the front desk they were told if they touched the A/C unit they couldn't change rooms. They had simply entered the room.
