Terrible experience—stay at the DoubleTree across the street instead. We extended our stay before arriving, but the hotel had no record of it, despite charging us. They couldn’t even find our reservation for the extension and abruptly kicked us out in the morning without giving us time to pack. It was beyond embarrassing. Now, I’m on the phone fighting for a refund and planning to escalate this to corporate. The staff was incredibly rude, and to make matters worse, the food was awful. When we checked into the DoubleTree, they treated us much better and even mentioned that we weren’t the first guests to complain about the Hilton. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Worth it if you're near Anaheim or Buena Park.

Enjoyed it. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean building and rooms. The room was dark enough and cool enough for good sleep. Only downsides were the bar was expensive and the restaurant was slow with my food.

Amazing location and staff

Staff was amazing and the location was perfect! We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and even though it was pricey it was worth it! I can’t wait to stay again.

We loved our stay at this place as it was walking distance to The Source. It is a very modernized looking hotel and we loved how spacious our room was. The only issue was the AC unit in our room which was super loud when it kicked on and our shower head pressure was super low, so we had to use the hand held one. Other than that, we will definitely come back again

Front Desk person was trying to get me to pay an extra $25 for Valet Parking. I have a electric car and I use my phone as my key. When I asked other staff, they said it's not mandatory. Other than that, everything was good & clean.

Check-in time was supposed to be 4 pm; however my room was not ready by that time, I had to wait 15 minutes. I booked a room with bathtub and face the pool but I was given a room without bathtub and on a side of the pool deck; there was no pool view. Hotel didn't provide free parking; only valet, however the price for a valet is bit high ($25) compare to other hotels where I only paid $10-$15 on cases where free parking was not available.
