4pm check in is significantly late, very hard when we had been travelling on a plane for 24 hours and paid to attend their Knotts scary event the same evening. We arrived at 12:30pm “hoping” our upgrade request was approved for early check in which you can’t find out until you go and check in. We had lunch in the restaurant onsite to kill some time. But then waited in the lobby for hour or so. one attended listened to us and understood we needed a quick nap before the event and got our room for us earlier. Overall experience of the hotel and features are great and do meet requirements and expectations.

This is a great place to stay. Very nice comfortable rooms. Nice walkable area close to everything. Also there is a free shuttle to Disneyland. Loved the area and is now one of my favourite hotels.

Everything was great on the hotwl side, but the restaurant at the hotel is not great. The wait staff was amazing but the food for the high prices was just awful. It was cold and bland absolutely no seasonings were used for any of the meals we ordered and there were six of us. And the worst part of the whole experience it took over an hour to recieve our food frombthe time we ordered. It was like that for everyone in there they had multiple complaints while we were there. $200 plus dollars on food we could not eat and the manager did nothing to make it right.

The hotel was just a short walk to the park which was extremely convenient. The room was very nice and the staff members were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful time at Knotts hotel. Everyone there was fantastic and even with a very early arrival they could accommodate looking after my bags with no hassle. Its the perfect location if you are heading to Knotts berry farm.
