Unfortunately, we spent 2 days traveling and were pretty much exhausted by the time we made it there. We had planned to go to the hot springs, but slept in and needed to get back to Colorado Springs, so we didn’t make it. However, we had a great night’s sleep😁. Thanks for everything!!

The Springs and the views are fantastic. The room on the other hand was mediocre at best. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower, the tub did not drain, there was no WiFi available (even though it was advertised). Stay for the springs, but rooms need serious updating.

There was a bicycle race in Nathrop maybe that created the problem. We stood waiting to check in for 20minutes while the 3 people behind the desk did everything except checking people in. The resort requires check in at 4pm it really shouldn’t be a surprise to them. By the time we checked in the infinity pool was closing.

Great time! Would recommend checking how far your room is from the pools just because we didn’t realize the cliff side rooms were a good ways away (ended up driving back down the hill and across the street to get to pools). But overall amazing stay loved all the pool options!

Overall completely satisfied. Clean, comfortable creekside room, definitely one of the nicer rooms. #65. Food soso but the only place to eat so thats the only disadvantage. Hot springs were wonderful.
