Location is good. Accessible and close to the center. Don't like the bed. Too firm for me. Needs to get use to the noise of the aircon too. Breakfast is excellent.

Customer service is exceptional
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Concierge group is integrated with check-in group so it is easy to approach them and they were incredibly helpful in booking transit, tours and even things that had no monetary value for them. The hotel stored our luggage (no charge) for several days while we made a side trip even though we had checked out and were not checking back in - They even greeted us by name 4 days later.

Great location - walkable to main touristy sights. Staff were friendly, Areas for improvement: internet was patchy during our stay, and would suggest that guests are provided with complimentary water. We were Expedia VIP customers and were entitled of complimentary sparkling wines, which unfortunately meant that we wouldn’t get the water instead. A bit stingy imo.

The woman at reception (who wore glasses) was exceptional. She checked me in, explained and printed the tours and went out of her way to help me when my tour guide went to the sister hotel. Received a room a upgrade to a suite which was very nice. Walking distance to the main square and Tango theater. Unfortunately, no dinner service and breakfast was the same for the six days that I stayed.

It was my first time visiting Argentina, and we found this beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city. The location was perfect—close to everything. We could walk to most destinations, and when we needed to go further, Uber was really affordable. The hotel staff was outstanding—courteous, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They all spoke English, which made things a lot easier for me since I don’t speak Spanish well. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and if I ever return to Argentina, I’d love to stay here again!

My husband and I spent 10 days in Buenos Aires for our anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience thanks to the amazing concierge team at Esplendor! The team was very friendly, accommodating and offered the best recommendations for day trips and restaurants in the city. We would highly advise to make arrangements with them for day trips and dinner tango shows as they will take care of everything. It was a VIP experience- from the pick up at the hotel, to the private tours, to the direct drop off at the hotel. It saved us a lot of time planning for ourselves as we just sat back and enjoyed our trip. This was also our very first time in Argentina/ South America so it really went beyond our expectations! If anyone is thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, we would recommend to stay at this hotel. Great location (in the heart of the city and walking distance to the Obelisco), great staff, great breakfast! We are very happy with the service and overall experience at this hotel.
