The staff there went above and beyond to accommodate our odd travel schedule. They even went out of their way to help us find a tour to take of the city in the limited time we had available. Breakfast was awesome. Location was convenient and close to many things. Highly recommend this property. Can’t say enough about how nice the staff was.

We were new to B.A. so we had a lot of questions. The staff was very helpful in finding places to go. The tour we had scheduled was there to pick us up our last day... but an hour late. Since we had a flight out that evening we could not afford to return from the tour late so we canceled. The staff helped us with checking in for our flight home. The food was nice except we cook our bacon much more in the US. We chose not to eat that.

The room had everything we needed for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bedding was of good quality. Breakfast was more than adequate. The location is excellent with lots of hot spots within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. The hotel staff were always helpful.

The staff is great, friendly and helpful 100% of the time. The hotel could need a renovation which is not uncommon in Buenos Aires central hotels. The breakfast could be improved with a bit more things like pastries, but overall is ok. For the price, staff service and location is good value for money.

OK hotel in a great location.
The hotel is just OK. It is clean and everything works, but all the furniture, the bathroom, the TV, and the decoration are really old. The room is not very comfortable, even though the bed is fine. The breakfast is below average. I'd only stay there again for a very short business stay. The location, nevertheless, is fantastic. It is right in the Microcentro, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafés, to Recoleta, and to Porto Madero. Really fantastic location.
