They put us in a depleted room that had a broken floor and vanity and even had insects We’ve had some unpleasant experiences in the past, and this happens, but the staff was insensitive to our requests They eventually downgraded us…too little, too late

Great central location. Spacious rooms, but broken AC. Asked to have it repaired (late one night- they said can’t be done now). Asked the second day, still not working. Returned the 3rd day to a different temperature but still not cool.

Wonderful Friendly Service
We stayed for four nights at the end of a long trip touring the continent and couldn’t have wished for better, the room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for relaxing when needed. The central location made exploring easy. The food in the restaurant was excellent and special mention has to go to the staff in the bar/restaurant who were genuinely warm and friendly, patient and attentive and even helping me and my wife with our Spanish as we fumbled with the language. A definite recommendation, a lovely hotel.

Pros: Location is really good. Close to everything or a cheap taxi ride away. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very nice. Cons: Our first room had a terrible odor and they offered to move us to another room. Room/Floor was uncomfortably warm 28c when we asked they said they keep the floors warm. Pool was dirty and the deck boards were loose and broken. No water on the day we checked out. There are better options out there.

Property was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions (Casa Rosada, el Congreso, Palacio Barolo, Plaza de Mayo, Café Tortoni, Puerto Madero, Avenida Corrientes, among others). Room needed more attention to details. The fridge did not work (and we were told that its purpose was to keep beverages at room temperature - which doesn’t make any sense. Check-in staff members (with the exception of Jazmin) were not very helpful. I have to point out that Jazmín was excepcional in understanding our request for transportation during check-out and was very professional throughout the process. Thanks Jazmin! The staff from the bar was also very attentive.
