I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the hospitality. However I was unaware of the $150 accidental fee that needed to be paid on site. I paid it because I had already pre-paid for the stay. It would be nice to know of the fee before.

Security Deposit - bad practice
All was fine but I have an Issue with my credit card being charged $150 security. I have never experienced this and I consider it a bad practice. I was told within 3-5 business days it would go back on my card. I think it’s ludacris to charge me until you see if there are damages.

The beds were nice and comfortable but the hotel was dirty. Our bathroom had dirty hand prints all over the walls and the floors were crusty. The walls were paper thin and there was a large family staying in the nearby rooms slamming the door and yelling to each other all night.

The sink was dirty. Seemed like it hadn’t been clean properly by the staff. Childeren were running around like it was a playground at 5:30am.
