We booked this property as we were travelling with children and needed a POOL!! We checked in and there is NO water in the pool!!!!!!!!! Expedia should have advised when booking that the pool is CLOSED!! Now we have three upset children with nothing to do!! Check in lady very uninterested and unenthusiastic.

While the room was clean and comfortable we got little sleep due to very noisy neighbors—letting their kids run wild in the halls, constant noise from their room including middle of the night. We called the front desk at least twice but it’s hard to fix rude and inconsiderate.

The AC makes unbearable noise and is not for sleeping you can't even listen to the TV. To make it worse no help from the front desk staff. They said they knew the problem and all the rooms had the same issue and also said that it was a management issue. Had a bad experience and will never come or recommend this hotel to anyone.

They lied about a hot tub- flase advertising. They lied about whirlpools in some rooms- no rooms have them- false advertising. Breakfast wise- Pancake machine is broken- sad breakfast selection. Unless your just looking for a place to sleep and leave dont stay here...

Check in staff very friendly and professional. Bed & bedding really clean, well made and comfortable. Shower and bath areas very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good and included. Would definitely stay there again!

New owners. They did not even know how many visitors they had so the morning crew could not prepare enough food to cover our breakfast. Bathroom was filthy. Staff was trying to take care of everyone. The staff was great.
