This room and place was disgusting there was a mental health facility right next door for psychiatric patients the roof leaked into the unit are unit got flooded we had to move three times

We had a new Uber driver to the area, and he had difficulty finding the hotel. It was no very well marked.

Limited room amenities compared to other hotels. The room they put us in was rather small for two people also. Nice hotel for a renovated asylum but, could be better.

Difficult if you don't have own transport to get around. We had to uber to niagara falls. To get to buffalo we had to take a bus which was confusing if you don't know the area. But saying that the hotel is a magnificent building to explore with a museum in the basement and we got a complimentary breakfast.
