The property is in a great location. The courtyard and pool area when closed needs to be monitored. Loud, drunk men still at it until 4:10 am and it echoed in the courtyard which our room opened up to and no one from the hotel addressed this issue.

For sure will come back.
I love the hotel so much I have been staying in this hotel for several years. Even they have changed to the new brand and management, I still choose them to be the one we stay when we visit Buffalo. Just the water in the pool its too cold for my toodler.

Upon checkin we were given vouchers for breakfast and told that it runs from 6 am- 9:30 am which was perfect because my daughters needed to leave for work early the next day. We got down to breakfast at 6:40 and it wasn’t open. When I inquired at the front desk the 3 people behind the desk said there was a delay with the cook and breakfast is delayed. I explained that we had been expecting breakfast as we had to leave shortly and one of them said “I don’t cook breakfast.” I asked how they could compensate me and they said I needed to speak to a manager who conveniently wasn't on duty until later. I called later and was told managers don’t work on weekends and to call back during the week. I called back on Monday and was told the manager was in a meeting. I left my name and number for a call back but didn’t get one. So I called back and they put me on the manager’s voicemail. Now a day later and I’ve still not gotten a call back and don’t expect to. Terrible, terrible service!

Unique and great experience
Beautiful hotel, very unique design in the courtyard. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was good, not tons of variety but still good. Our room was nice but one of the outlets didn't work and the bathroom doorknob was falling off. There was some trash left behind the furniture too. The staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
