advertised as close to Walden Galleria Mall which was really 5 miles away / that is deceptive advertising / and the breakfast was so limited in quantity and quality / hotel is good for a 1 night stay if you are travelling or only longer if you are a temporary trade person who is working in the area

The hotel is outdated, dirty, stained and we found bed bugs! Staff quickly moved us to a new room without argument, suggesting this is a common occurrence. The GM did comp the room, but I would have preferred to pay and have a clean, not infested room. Carpets and bedskirts were in stained. Sheets were stained and had holes. We will never stay here again.
