Tough to make an informed decision today based on reviews as I read many and most came up positive on this hotel. Wow were they off. I know by using Expedia you get the worse rooms in the place but this was bad. Smell when you walk in and down hill from there. The shower unit goes from floor to cieling and was cracked and peeling apart from top to bottom. Brown ooze was leaking from behind smoke detector and sensor was hanging from wall by exposed wires. The breakfast was in eatable cold and tasteless. Coffee was transparent brown water . Lesson learned. Don’t pay attention to reviews I guess.

We started off having a problem with our room. Them moved and had many famil. The fron desk was contacted and they were very understanding and made ammends with our of ants all over the floor.. pur room was refunded and appologies were given. The roomd were olsy and the beds very comfortable. Its just too bad that we had the isdues to start

The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. The location was convenient by the airport and the shuttle was a great addition. Also, there is a restaurant that was nearby that we could walk to during the winter.

All was well except the morning breakfast
Great stay, clean, friendly staff for the most part. Only issue with hotel is the grumpy man running the breakfast area. Totally understand there’s a time it closes down but he stood over all of us eating breakfast there and started shutting things down immediately at 9:30 am. He rudely told people they close down at 9:30. There’s no reason why it couldn’t have gone an extra 15 minutes. We all paid well to stay after the late Bills game, we didn’t get in until almost 1am because it took time to get back from the stadium due to traffic. There’s no reason they couldn’t have made an exception this morning. Definitely no need to stand over us pushing us out.

The carpet was very dirty and one lady from front desk was unfriendly. She didn't make eye contact with you at all and she answered your questions with a bad attitude. Next day, the new lady at the front desk was more friendly and kind
