The front desk staff was wonderful. Very kind and informative. I would stay again just based on our interactions with them. Especially the gentleman who checked us in. Our room needed some upgrades, but otherwise not bad.

No issues, all staff was very nice, straight forward and answered all questions. Very comfy beds. Even got a free shuttle ride to the concert that we were attending (the reason why we booked the hotel)

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was parking. You either self-park at a garage across the street, or pay for valet parking. Not a deal-breaker but an added cost.

Felt like home away from home
I was staying because my father was in the hospital across the road. I shared with the staff that my father was dying and asked for early check-in because I just flew in from Florida and didn’t have a place to go with my luggage. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. I feel like they truly cared about me and my difficult situation. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows are the best! the shuttle service was so great. The drivers were great and made sure I was taken around safely. I felt like a made a new extended family.

The complementary shuttle was quite handy. Staff was very friendly. The one thing that was lacking and it’s not a knock on the hotel but more Buffalo itself was dining. Very few options for a dine in after game meal. We could not actually find one the shuttle driver was helpful though.

Good location
Very friendly front desk employees. Room was comfortable and quiet. We did have one moment of concern- the front desk was unable to locate our valeted car keys. They called the valet who had been on duty the night before and it took a half hour to locate the keys! Problem solved but we did think we were going to have to file a missing car report! Otherwise, nice room, good breakfast, convenient location, nice staff.
