Generally a great place to stay. We had to ask for dairy-free butter several times every morning at breakfast and didn’t always get it. More vegan options in the restaurant would be good lm.

4*. Really?
Hotel seemed to be more interested in promoting it's own nightly music show for which it charged €20 (cheaper for guests) than providing a service for the guests themselves. Parking was provided at the rear of the (very large) property but with no access from the car park to the hotel so had to walk all around the hotel to get to reception regardless of the weather with no cover - it rained every day we were there. For breakfast you had to book but when you arrived it was possibly the most disorganised breakfast room I have ever visited. Food and drinks not available causing big queues even though because of the booking system they knew exactly how many guests were eating. Also some of the waiting staff stood around for up to 15 minutes chatting rather than cleaning tables etc with no-one apparently supervising or managing them.

The hotel has got 3 EV charging points with 3 reserved spaces for same, I wished to charge my car but was unable to get a space to park my car to do so, because all 3 reserved spaces were occupied by non-electric vehicles, owners were unable to be contacted very inconsiderate of drivers and dissappointing for me. Security would need to police this issue.

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean but the breakfast was not very good they had no bacon left or no fried eggs left, we were very disappointed with the breakfast
