Welcome to View Point, where you will find comfort and convenience as well as space to move! The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and multiple living spaces. Enjoy the views of the Bass Strait from the deck, take a break from the laptop to watch the boats come in as you work in the study nook, or enjoy a relaxing indoor spa.
The Space:
View Point is a lovingly renovated home with everything you will need to enjoy Burnie and it's surrounds. The home offers both street and garage parking, which is super handy if you are travelling by car!
The top floor of the home is a delight. Custom furniture, comfy beds, plenty of room to relax as well as a functional and fabulous open plan kitchen / dining / study make this home memorable in all the right ways!
Leading off the entrance hallway, you'll find two bedrooms. One featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and the other housing two cosy king-singles. The lounge and formal dining area are just opposite the bedrooms with plenty of seating, a smart TV and homely touches such as boardgames. The main bathroom on this level also offers a spa bath for a relaxing soak should you wish!
The kitchen is well appointed with all the essentials, cookware and modern appliances, perfect for those who like to cook. The informal dining room has the best views in the house and is a lovely place to perch and chat to people in the kitchen.
The study nook is perfect for doing work while enjoying the view outside onto the deck and out into the distance.
This beautiful home takes in the view at every opportunity, as it's name suggests. The upper and lower decks are both lovely places to hang out, have a BBQ or a run in the garden.
The third bedroom, ensuite and laundry are located on the bottom floor. The bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and the functional, yet compact ensuite is perfect for some privacy.
The laundry offers both a washer and a dryer for convenience, as well as access to the bottom deck and a washing line if you prefer.
