check-in was great. The room was clean, tidy easy to maneuver in. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable. We actually got a room with double beds and one bed was more comfortable now than the other.

The last week we were in 3 different hotels. Of the three this was my favorite. The loved the friendliness of the staff. They were also very informative and we didn't have any questions about anything after her speil. The pool, room and premises was very clean and homey. Not to leave out the wonderful full breakfast they serve. We will be back.

Id definitely return to this hotel!
The clerk at check in (Heather) was very weicoming. She was enthusiastic and thorough. She was the most welcoming clerk i have ever met! She discussed all the things the hotel had to offer. She gave recommendations for dinner. She invited us for 24/7 coffee in the conference room. Heather was the best!

I really hate to leave a bad review for a hotel, especially after the pandemic but I feel like I need to. I didn’t have hot water in my first room. Basically I was told there was nothing that could be done. I waited for a shift change and finally got a new room at 11:30pm. And the bathroom was dirty. I have a picture but can’t post it here.

Super hotel. Only flaws was jacuzzi was inop and no clock in the rooms. At least set the clock on the microwave, that would help. Heather at the front is wonderful.

The Bathroom floor had not been mopped there was coffee drippings around the trash can and dead grass underneath the sink area. But everything else looked clean.

The rooms were fine. Big and comfortable. Clean. However, it was a two story facility with stairs only. I will have to read better the “ facility” section on the descriptions of hotels.
