The staff here were super accommodating with everything we needed and asked for, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is really close to both the metro and the beach, it worked great for us.

Wasn't a fan of this place. A bit to close to the all-night bars without sound-proof windows. Rooms designed very oddly with little desk space or counter space in the bathroom. No laundry services despite claiming to do so (there's a coin-op laundry down the road).

Perfect Busan stay
Super convenient location in Haeundae. Loved that hotel room is spacious and clean! Although surrounded by restaurants and bars, it is not noisy.

Bathroom and Bed
The bathroom has only rainforest type downflow shower, there is no hand-held shower head, so not so inconvenient to use especially when you wish to wash part of your body and don't want to get your hair wet. The bathroom has literally no hook where you can hang your underwear. The bed has two side board which can obstruct getting on and off the bed. Anyway, these are minor flaws and the general stay is a good one.

Good and nice overall. Staff is helpful, help us to print some documents, free flow coffees and drinks. Room is clean and nice. Hand gestures required when communicating. Don't expect staff is fluent in English.

Very nice modern boutique hotel in great location
Modern boutique hotel in great location with execllent service and value for the room. Only con I can think of it is that pillow was bit flat for my liking. Please note that this hotel is minimalist in design, but very functional - Exterior, lobby and the room all follow this philosophy.

Clean room, great location, excellent service. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were allowed to check in early at 2 instead of 4pm. Location is 5 min walk from Metro subway, 10mins walk to Haeundae beach, surrounded by lots of food. Rooms, although smallish is very clean. They now have curtains that block out sunlight. Overall, an excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again..

Great hotel with amazing staff
Boutique hotel near the most happening street and best beach in busan. Parking is underneath the hotel with cctv. Staff is extremely accomodating and speak english very well. Will absolutely stay here again next year

Convenient, clean, and modern
The location was great near the Haeundae beach. The room was a little small but it had everything you needed. You could so pull the automatic screen down for privacy. You could also get a drink at the front desk when you arrive, also with parking service and they mentioned they planned to have Pokemon go at this hotel.

This is a superb hotel. Friendly helpful staff. My husband lost his wallet on the bus and the hotel manager went to the depot and r covered it for him. Above and beyond! Quiet. Room temp easy to control. Hotel very close to beach bus train restaurants market. Overall excellent location

Nice location, and clean room.
Nice location, and clean room. The room is moden and bigger than I thought. But the receptionist were not cable to prived me tour information I need. If will be great if they could provide more information regarding the food and famous place in Busan. Overall, I had a great time during my stay at Industrie Hotel in Busan.

Great hotel for a weekend trip to bussn
Staff was very friendly and helpful, only downfall is if you're an English speaker like me it was a bit hard to communicate. Room was sooo nice and updated. The location was great too. Would defintely stay here again. Also love how there was a balcony from my room.

Pro-Clean room. Good Location, near mrt station, Haeundae Market and the beach. Next famous BBQ Res _'O Pan Jan'. Con-No amenities in room (no shower cab, cotton bud) No kettle, no mug. Very tiny table and no place to hang used towel.

Clean and comfortable
We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Including breakfast, the room was a great deal. As long as you're not sensitive to noise, it's hard to beat this hotel at this price.
