A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!

I don’t know how the hotel received 5 stars when there are not too many amenities or facilities. For examples, you only get two tea bags and two coffee capsules per day. Moreover, there are not many accessories in the washroom for your daily routines. In addition, I was surprised to see the body wash and shampoo bottles were only half-filled. The room we stayed in was outdated. There were water and mold stains on the wall and on the floor. Nevertheless, the price was not expensive. I guess you get what you paid for.

Great experience in Busan

Really nice hotel in a great part of Busan. The service team was exceptional. Hotel itself was very well maintained and there were so many things to see and do around. The sauna was awesome- has both steam and dry, and a cold bath. The club floor lounge had a great selection of drinks and food. It was a great stay.

Room is old, stuffy with absolutely no airflow. Staff did nothing to help despite me notifying them multiple times at night that i can't breathe nor sleep in such a stuffy, dry room. Unable to sleep, I dragged myself through the next day. Rooms are very dated and motel-like. This is NOT a 5 star calibre establishment. The room is comparable to a best western and that isn't hyperbole.

Great view and great location. Central to everything and the metro entrance is below. Rooms were very clean with amazing views. The hotel is slightly older but everything they had provided were in pristine and new condition. Bed was comfortable if you like semi hard beds. I’d stay here again. Thank you!
