I enjoyed my overall experience but I have to say that the lighting in the rooms are super dim that I can barely see. Bathroom is also super dim. When the water goes down the drain there is a pounding noise every time. Other than these things I had a wonderful time 👍

The hotel is clean and well kept. Sauna, shopping and food court was a plus. La Siene breakfast was great. The Concierge was very courteous and helpful. Front desk women were NOT friendly and they were very snub. Maybe because we came check-in in jeans and t-shirt. They were nice with guests who were wearing suits and polo shirts. Also, the staff at the 6th floor Sauna couldn't understand English and they were rude - always following us taking our towels even though we tell them we're not done using it. They were rushing us always to leave. The glass shelve inside the room on top of the fridge with coffee cups are very dangerous. I am short and 5 ft and I didn't see it because it was right by my head. When I turned to make coffee, I bumped my head hard and I got hurt. I told the front desk but they wrote it down and didn't care. All in all, our experience at the hotel is excellent, especially the shopping mall and the sauna.

The Lotte Busan is conveniently located in the center of town at the intersection of 2 major subway lines and next to numerous stores and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. Highly recommend.

What a nice hotel! And very centrally located! The hotel is very well looked after and not a thing was out of place! The staff were terribly professional and proper as well as being friendly and helpful! I have to return to Busan soon and have already booked again!

The service at this hotel is outstanding. I felt very special the second we walked in… Everyone is always smiling at all times of the day and very helpful. I did really enjoy our stay, however, I did feel our room a little bit outdated, especially the shower. But the service and staff made up for that fact.
