Located within the Bay View Centro apartment complex, this main street accommodation is very convenient as it places you just a short 200m stroll from the beach as well as Dunsborough’s boutiques, restaurants and bars. It’s also a wonderful base for day trips out exploring the Margaret River Wine Region’s myriad of wineries and gourmet attractions, as well as the area’s scenic coastlines and caves.

For those who like to travel in style, you will appreciate the spacious layout as well as the comfortable, high quality furniture and beautiful wooden floorboards, artworks and luxe soft furnishings.

A light-filled lounge area opens out onto the main balcony, which is the perfect place for watching the world go by while enjoying a leisurely breakfast, BBQ meal or a simple cheese platter and a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen has almost everything you could need, including a pod coffee machine.

The layout is as follows: the open-plan living area, two balconies, master bedroom and ensuite, plus a powder room are located on the entry level; and the remaining two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a laundry with separate toilet are located upstairs.

Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level.

Designated off-street car parking bay marked number “6” is on the ground level. Car parking entrance to the Bay View Centro apartment complex is at the Dunn Bay Road roundabout, alongside the Christian Fletcher Gallery. Additional parking for a second car is in the general parking area as well as on the street. The apartment’s outdoor rubbish bins are also located in this ground floor area.

PRICING:
A two or three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (Peak periods are up to seven nights). Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply. There is also a $500 refundable security bond.

Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

This property is so beautiful. It was more than spacious and comfortable for the 4 adults that stayed 4 nights. Lots of room to be together or separate. This apartment is central to everything - Sculpture by the Bay was terrific!! Generous welcome and everything was supplied - very thoughtful hosts - onsite parking is a bonus on a busy long weekend.

Family Wedding Weekend
We spent 6 nights at Azura 6 Apartment to celebrate our Son's Wedding, the apartment was as described and more. A very comfortable stay with our interstate relatives, plenty of space to enjoy ourselves and the weekend of festivities. Even better than the photographs, the well equiped and maintained apartment is ideally located above a fabulous cafe on the main strip of Dunn Bay Road. short walks to surrounding bars and restaurants as well as unique shops and well known supermarkets.
