When we arrived hey told us the broiler was down and there was no hot water in the hotel anywhere. We were only staying for one night, so we didn't need to shower anyways but hot water for handwashing is nice. we got to our room, and everything seemed okay. I noticed what looked like pieces of dog food on the floor so that was kind of a turn off. I went to bathroom and there was water leaking from the toilet onto the floor. I opened the lid, and it was filled with fecal matter, so we had to change rooms. they did refund me $30 but I will not be staying there again

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking but cigarette smoke lingered throughout the entire hotel. There was probably six smokers right in front of the front door which I'm sure that's the reason why everything smelled so horribly. As I proceeded to go to my room the room just felt and smelled very stale. The windows don't have any screens on them. It was just not very clean. The pictures do not even match the hotel that I stayed at.

First room, ac was broken. Second room door lock did not work and huge party across the hall. Third room had absolutely no toilet paper. Breakfast was so limited was almost funny. Fruit flies all over. Had waffle maker but no batter. Didnt realize cereal could be that stale. Will not be staying here ever again.

The siding of the motel was in need of a paint job, and the inside lobby could use some fresh paint as well. Otherwise, the motel was clean and quiet. The staff was nice.

The front desk staff, very friendly. The 3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but the room did not. I loved no carpet, thermastat controlled AC/heat. The bathroom was really roomy with a corner tub/shower with a seat and great water pressure. I wish i had taken a picture of it. The room was dated but nice. We had to go to the front desk for drinking glasses and coffee. Breakfast consisted of generic yogurt, different bread options, waffles, oatmeal and juice. No protein. The price was awesome through a third party. We would definitely stay there again especially after their remodel and new mattresses.

Hotel smelled of cigarettes, even with a no smoking sign in the front window. There were no black out curtains just a sheer red curtain hanging on the window. Outside was in need of a good paint job. The old white paint was chipping off. In an industrial area not a family hotel.

Convenient location off the Interstate. Right next to fuel. Don't know why others have stated it was loud, due to the truck stop, because we didn't hear too much at all and we were in a room facing the trucks. Air condition was very nice and worked well! Room was simple but clean. Got some good rest. Thanks for the stay!

A/C did not work. Window was open to allow some cool air in however the motel is right next to a truck stop. Noise all night. Motel is no need of maintenance. Sink clogged up. Overall appearance poor.

The rooms are poorly arranged, not efficient, hair in the tub, gunk on the floor and the smoke alarm chirping. I had to change the battery because no one was available to fix it. The pillows are like cement blocks; the bed was hard, creating numbing pressure points. not good sleep!!! I felt like the staff did nothing more than the minimum to get by.
