Didn't feel I could walk safely
The staff was friendly,. My review has to do with the property itself. Rooms were spartan. The bed had a tin frame which clanged like a milking pail (or for those not old enough to know about that, like playing kick the can) every time my toe touched it. The street it's on is gnarly. I parked where my car could be seen by the hotel staff, and didn't feel I could be out and about, no walking.

This property has under gone major renovations. It is located in a tight area. Parking tight. No safe place to walk. The room was noisy as the guest next door was having visitors late into the night. This was our second visit and stay over night. The staff was great but the room had no space. We will most likely not stay here again.

Gym hours stink
The one complaint I had is that the gym is only open 10a-10p. That is inexplicable to me. Many, MANY people like to get up early, work out, then shower. I had to race back to make sure I made it to the hotel with enough time to get there by 10pm the first night, missed it completely because of my other plans the second night, and couldn't hit it before my long drive home. I had a recent knee surgery, and very much would have liked to work it out a bit before the drive home. Terrible hours. Also, please add sanitizer and paper towels for people to clean off the machines themselves after each use.

Though I requested a room close to an entrance or elevator we received a room and the very end of a 3rd floor hallway. My husband has breathing difficulties so that was challenging. I was also disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

Food is minimal, and was pretty much gone by 8 am
Pretty typical hotel. A little older. Room was clean. The only thing we did not like was the room has a number of pieces of electronics that have blue lights on them (charging pads next to the bed, TV, etc. The microwave sits directly in front of the bed, and has a lit dial on it that we had to cover to reduce the light in the room.
