Greatest hotel in the area :)

first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job.

Razoável. O chuveiro não tinha água quente. Voltar da praia e não ter água quente foi bem desconfortável. Tirando isso, tudo é bem limpinho e o café da manhã é bem gostoso.

Experiência ruim, me colocaram em um quarto na qual eu não havia pedido, cujo banheiro era para pessoas com necessidades especiais, o banheiro não tinha box e apenas em abrir o chuveiro o banheiro ficava alagado e não tinha pisos de toalhas suficiente, solicitei a troca de quartos e informaram que o hotel estava lotado, entretanto paguei por um serviço muito inferior ao contratado, sem contar que as roupas de cama estavam rasgadas...

Passei apenas uma noite hospedada, mas, ao solicitar um travesseiro extra, não fui atendida pelo recepcionista, o que foi um inconveniente, já que estou acostumada a dormir com dois.
