nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!
Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Great Location
Very good experience. Staff was great, hotel is great in a wonderful location. It is about a 5 minute walk to Rua das Pedras. We wanted to be close to all the shopping and this was the best.

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service
The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

A estadia foi excelente, hotel limpo, organizado, com uma área de piscina incrível. O único ponto de melhoria para o quarto é o ar condicionado que é dos antigos e o café da manhã que em geral é muito bom, mas faltou um bolo com cobertura., fiquei 5 dias e em nenhum dia teve.

Já estive algumas vezes nesse hotel e sempre temos uma estadia gratificante. A parte externa parece um resort com a decoração, o café da manhã é um básico para brasileiros e atende a expectativa. Outro ponto positivo é a facilidade de acesso à Orla Bardot, andamos 1km para chegar na Rua das Pedras e curtindo cada pedacinho da caminhada pela orla e pelos ricos restaurantes. Única observação é sobre os colchões das camas, eles não são muito confortáveis, precisaria de uma modernização.

Uma agradável surpresa!!!
O resort é imenso, a piscina é excelente, possui também deck molhado e piscina para as crianças. O café da manha é excelente, a limpeza é impecável, a localização é perfeita, principalmente o acesso para os pedestres a rua das pedras, a academia é imensa, os aparelhos estão perfeitos para uso, tem uma piscina térmica (coberta) + sauna a seco e a vapor e espaço reservado para massagem. A metragem do quarto é bem superior a praticada nos demais hotéis. A cama é grande e confortável. o banheiro também. A única observação que faço é que o aparelho de ar condicionado é antigo, de parede (tipo gaveta), funciona perfeitamente, gela muito bem, porém, não é silencioso. Para famílias que possuem filhos ainda pequenos, recomendo com muito empenho este hotel resort, devido a qualidade nos serviços prestados e no atendimento, além do espaço físico de livre circulação disponível para todos. A iluminação noturna é excelente, uma atração a parte.

Hotel maravilhoso , e o atendimento tambem. Unica coisa que nao gostei foi que 4:30 da manha uma batecao de porta, e um falatorio que nao nos deixou dormir. Isso foi ate as 6h . Creio que foi no quarto ao lado, 139 onde pareciam ser estrangeiros. Isso me deixou chateada, pois nao conseguimos dormir direito. Fora isso, o hotel e o atendimento é nota mil
