Not worth the price.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. At the reception, the host was more preoccupied for informing about the rules and regulations, and for asking to pay upfront, with no courtesy. The physical appearance of the hotel is not inviting. Breakfast time was not pleasing. The premises of the bar, restaurant, sauna and swimming pool are disappointing. Some staff were trying to do their best, yet, they also felt frustrated. In addition to the above, there were a few personal things were stolen from my room. Quality for price is defficient.

Rio Búzios bet hotel como eu costumo dizer é maravilhoso . Limpeza impecável atendimento espetacular desde da entrada asssim como no café , almoço ou jantar o pessoal sempre atencioso e prestativos. Piscina 👍 estacionamento grande sem preocupação de ficar sem vaga e sem falar da sala de jogos e academia prá quem quiser dar uma exercitadas .....vocês são show.....

Hotel esta precisando ser modernizado, ar condicionado barulhento, piscina fria, nas minhas buscas muitos disseram ser climatizada, porem é gelada, cafe da manha bom, porem repetitivo, odiei terem me colocado no último quarto do ultimo andar semdo que havia varios quartos vazios na mesma categoria, funcionários nota 10, todos educados e atenciosos.
