The resort is conveniently located, a short walk to the beach and places to eat. The one bedroom apartment we had was a good size with a kitchen, large bathroom/laundry, and a private outdoor area which gives access to the pool. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The blue lagoon resort in Trinity beach was wonderful! I let them know prior i was coming later than check in so they put the keys in the box and had no problems, the room itself was very comfortable had aircon which was lovely to come back to after a walk as it gets quite humid everything was clean and they brought fresh tals and linen after the 3rd day and i had booked it for 7 days very close to to the beach only 5 minute walk and the recption people were very friendly would recommend staying here

Self check in was great and the whole complex was really quiet for a busy season however, the carpet was a little dirty in one spot and there were some dirty cleaning rags left on the bed when we arrived.

Overall Standard and basic
Was okay. No lifts in a studio or one bedroom apartment. Lifts for 2 bedroom available. Warm welcome would not of gone astray with a smile. Apartment had to be cleaned before leaving. Dishes to be washed returned to cupboard . Bit noisy can hear thru walls people coming up down stairs. Walking past window.

Very clean and great kitchen appliances and utensils. Needed more supplies as only two toilet rolls and washing satchets supplied for 2 adults over 5 nights. We were 2 adults and one room had 2 singles which I put together.

Great location close to beach and cafes. Nice apartment with everything you need, comfortable bed. Beautiful swimming pools. Only negative was noise from neighbours, could hear them walking around and talking etc

Our family absolutely enjoyed the stay. The environment was perfect. Quiet and beautiful view. My children loved the pools and wanted to stay there forever. We definitely will come back.

We had a great stay at the Blue lagoon resort. We opted for the standard apartment and there was plenty of space for two of us for a 2 week relaxing break. The pool was great, and there were always enough loungers for everyone there. Employees at reception were always friendly and helpful. We found the bus service handy, which is only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, to go and get groceries from Coles / Woolworths. There are a couple of convenience stores a short walk away as well but less choice. There are a few restaurants down by the beach, so enough to choose from as you can also cook in the apartment. A great place if you want a relaxing stay! We would recommend.

Showers were moldy, did not drain properly, no where to set or place luggage, Minisplit was too loud to run while sleeping. Laundry fascilities were broken, flooded the floor, one was full of stagnent water. The pools were nice but poorly maintained. There was heaps of fresh kangaroo and wallaby poop all over the sidewalks everyday, no one was sweepi g it up.

This place is extremely understaffed in the groundskeeping and cleaning areas. It is overstaffed in the office/management. We felt like we were in trouble with the office staff and retaliated against after completing a review. Main heated pool turned a green color and smellt like a pond. All three rooms we stayed in had old worn out beds,mold in the bathroom showers which were open to the rooms. Mini slpits were unmaintained and too load to run while sleeping. They do not provide recycling so we had to carry ours to a neighboring hotel which provided cans for recycling.

The one bedroom studio was really nice and such good value for the price. Handy location only a short walk to restaurants & beach and a good undercover or close street parking situation. The staff were very attentive & helpful. We had some maintenance issues with the hot water system and aircon and they had them fixed really quickly. We'll stay here again for sure.
