We stayed there 3 different times in 2 weeks. First time everything was fine. Second time problem w/the room so they addressed it and then said for the 3rd stay we would have an upgrade on the room and free breakfast. At the 3rd stay check in we had problems with the check in. They had difficulty changing the free breakfast to lunch as we were leaving at 4am. The room they gave us was like the "standard room" but had a coffee maker along with the VIP Lounge. To be honest the VIP lounge was only pastries and soda drinks & yogurt; I wasn't impressed. They had us go there, as the room wasn't ready and would be ready in 5 min. Well 30 min went by, no one came. Then the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready and if they had any available for that evening 'they would all be loud due to 3 weddings". I lost it at that point. That isn't my issue that they booked 3 weddings and they chose then tell me after they did the check in they didn't have a room away from them! I was ready to lose it, because the girl at the counter obviously didn't give a damn. I demanded they give me one away from the noise or I would escalate this with Expedia and give a 1star review; only then they did something. However, then we had to wait another 30 minutes for that room. The only good thing about the hotel was: main buffet restaurant staff was very good and the masseuse Aya was incredible! Otherwise it was subpar for sure due to the lack of help from the staff.

Enjoyed my dtay staff were attentive room clean & tidy easy access to airport staff are friendly not vegan friendly no choices when i tried to make selections separate payment was required and still didnt receive whst i requested. Wasn't happy with service. Was happy to know about free shuttle service for 2 hrs shopping minimum. I enjoyed my stay.

I booked two weeks for guests and they had to leave early and asked for a credit of unused day's, they told the client they would issue a credit but after numerous tries Expedia states the manager would approve it. Don’t tell the guest one thing and when the office calls to follow up say something totally different.

The hotel being right next to the hotel was very convenient. Me and the wife walked right over. The hotel was nice and clean but I don’t think our rooms were top notch clean but we aren’t picky nor complainers. Expect to tip for every little thing. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. Great stay. Would stay again but probably will never visit Egypt again.

Cairo Airport hotel
We enjoyed a suite at the Hotel for layover. Great space and roomy for our group. Also the Hotel was hosting a Illy coffee afternoon with great treats to eat. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.
