We got a quiet room as requested. Air con needed to be reset a couple of times because it was not cooling. Free breakfast was a nice touch with good variety. Parking is limited. Please make it clearer how people can reserve a hotel parking space.

Hotel room was pretty ran down, shower was dirty and flies in the room on arrival. The lobby and restaurant were well kept. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly. No car space on arrival so book in advance! Surrounding area was ok with lots of restaurant options for meals. Overall it was ok for a one night stopover and price for 3 people was ok.

Room was small, bathroom door didn t shut properly and shower flooded the floor. Breakfast was good but no mayo for eggs which you need to cook yourself and somebody helped themself to egg i was patiently waiting to be cooked. Freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly baked croissants. Good selection of cheese and ham.

Very good hotel, great value for price. However, while they do and can advertise free on site parking, the parking area is very small and cannot accommodate all guests leaving some to rely on luck and timing to find street parking at no cost close to the hotel.

Room was very smelly. I had to open the windows for an hour to remove the smell of dirty socks/damp. In the middle of the night I found out the reason: A/C was dripping water into the carpet when in use: my bags of clothes get soaked wet but thankfully my laptop bag is waterproof otherwise it would have damaged my laptops. Around 4am the water dripping was so annoying that I had to switch it off and open the window: then the seagulls were the ones keeping me awake. Staff was friendly though but not apologetic when k raised the issue.

A great location and fantastic staff. bedroom was comfortable but no frills and couldn't alter temperature so it was too hot. Shower was a wet room.

We chose this hotel because it had parking. However, the car park was full when we arrived at 22:15, as were the on street spaces. We double parked to unload & the reception staff gave us advice as to where to find a space. Fortunately, on the 5th time round the block a space became available. Free on street parking overnight (until 09:00) was a bonus.
