- upper floor with a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom with floor shower, toilet, small sink and mirror. A covered veranda.

The highlight is the private outdoor area with a fully fenced garden equipped with a gazebo, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Ample free parking is available on the street in front of the entrance gate.

The house is close to the center and all essential services.
The beach of "Sotto Torre" is within walking distance.
Wind and kitesurfing, hiking, scuba diving, horseback riding, canoe and sailing lessons, and fishing are available in the area.
The island is rich in coves and always offers a corner sheltered from the winds.
Wi-Fi is not available, but data reception works well.

The manager will ask guests to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian laws.
Separate garbage collection is performed at this property, and information is provided on site.
