Infelizmente a famosa "água quente" de Caldas Novas não estava presente no quarto! Não sei dizer o motivo, mas a água do chuveiro / banheira poderiam estar mais quentes. Quanto ao estado do quarto há a necessidade de reparos pontuais.

Quarto horrível
O apartamento de nada tinha a ver com as fotos apresentadas no site. Moveis velhos, danificados, enferrujados, cortinas sujas, paredes do banheiro sujas parecendo sangue ou cocô, portas que nao fechavam, banheira toda danificada, box com defeito, frigobar velho e cheio de ferrugem, armario danificado enfim... percebi que outros apartamentos tinham estruturas diferentes, estavam reformados, o hotel nao tem um padrão. Minha sugestao ao site é que coloque as fotos do apartamento que sera reservado e que o cliente decida sem essa desagradavel surpresa.
