The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor comfort of the rooms, no blankets, mattresses are hard, couch hard to seat down, tv is the size of a computer, drain of one another bathroom smelling really bad!

Ótima instalações e vista maravilhosa para um lago

Gostamos muito das instalações do hotel. Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo. Além do salva vidas Florismar que me ajudou quando meu filho precisou. O hotel da cortesia free para 4 parques aquáticos da região,fomos apenas em 1 para poder curtir os demais dias no hotel, mas vale super a pena essa cortesia. Café da manhã e jantar farto, adoramos tbm.

3 of 4 family members ended up with food poisoning on the first day after eating in one of their associated parks and their pool bar. Hotel did not want to acknowledge/investigate this and offered no compensation what so ever. So much for hospitality. End of story. Not recommended!

O hotel e muito longe do centro e deixou vários itens a desejar durante a minha estadia como limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã ruim com poucas opções e nada integral, a comida do restaurante também não é boa nada saborosa e nenhum capricho...Não pretendo voltar e nem indicar pra ninguém.

O hotel e bom, porem nao vale a pena pensão completa, o almoço e janta muito ruim sem opções. E a segunda vez que fico neste hotel o primeiro ano que foi em 2024 a pensão completa compensava e muito almoço e janta com muitas opções. Porem esse ano de 2025, eu e minha familia ficou muito decepcionados com o almoço e janta. Muito ruim mesmo. Tanto que deixamos dois almocos para tras e almoçamos em outro lugar porque nem as crianças quis almocar la.

1° experiência no hotel

Adoremos o local apartamento enorme maravilhoso e confortável... Apenas um detalhe sobre a cama colchão muito duro e não tivemos serviço de quarto, notamos tbm as duas pias do banheiro estavam meio entupidas....As piscinas limpas confortável o local bem distribuído, porém faltou um pouco mais de mesas visto que época de temporada está a cheio e tivemos a tristeza de pedir procoes e não havia somente batata frita tinha para oferecer.... Neste caso notamos q faltou um pouco de organização por parte dos organizadores (gerentes do hotel não havia nenhum para dar satisfação ou até mesmo resolver a situação) .... Mas minha estadia foi maravilhosa em questão de primeira ida ao hotel.... Recepção por parte dos colaboradores excelentes, café da manhã maravilhoso, almoço estava gostoso, piscinas limpas, hambiente agradável. Nível de experiência de 0 a 10: 7 devido algumas falhas em alguns pontos sitados a cima

Detalhes que estragam a estadia

Desde o check foi apresentado conflitos de informações do site com o resort que me fizeram sentir parte errada! Tive que prova que não era eu a errada, pois no site criança se dá até 17 anos e pro hotel é 12 anos com isso a estadia do meu sobrinho de 13 anos estava sendo questionada e cobrada a parte. Por fim é após longa espera fomos liberados com a sensação de que estavam nos fazendo um favor. Já no quarto o ar-condicionado da suíte não funcionava e lá se vão mais algumas horas com funcionários entrando e saindo, sujando o quarto e apoiando equipamentos na cama, pois precisaram trocar fios e gás do equipamento. Será que não há uma avaliação do quarto antes de entregar o quarto ao hóspede! Visto que o checking e as 14h é a entrega do quarto e as 11h, tempo hábil pra se verificar. Situação está que mesmo pedindo pra limparem o quarto só fizeram após muita insistência na manhã do dia seguinte! Pois me foi informado que a limpeza só se dar com 48hs, ou seja, quando o hóspede não está no resort ainda que solicitado. A comida também deixou a desejar, pela variedade e sabor! Não disponibilizavam itens sem açúcar ou lactose, desde pães, leite ou mesmo suco! Ressalto que estava com outros membros da família que reservaram sua estadia individualmente, e que também questionaram a alimentação pois estávamos com idoso, que pré diabético pouco conseguiu se alimentar pois não havia variedade disponível.

A estrutura interna do apartamento é ótima, o apartamento estava limpo e organizado. As camas são confortáveis. Precisa de manutenção pontual: os armários precisam ser trocados e as portas também, devido a desgastes naturais pelo uso de água. Na área comum dos prédios falta limpeza, muitas vezes os corredores estavam sujos, claro que boa parte disso é por conta dos próprios hóspedes. A área da piscina é boa, com uma estrutura de mesas e um bar de apoio. Senti falta de apoio na área do parquinho/piscina infantil, que fica distante do bar das piscinas e não possui salva vidas. O café da manhã no domingo estava impossível, falta organização ou mais pontos de alimentação quando o hotel estiver com alta lotação. No geral a estadia foi muito boa, além disso os parques de apoio são legais também.
