"Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich die kleine Küchenzeile im Appartement war in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank hatte einige Mängel. Doch die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse hat uns entschädigt. "

"Ein sehr schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel in bester Strandlage. Die Bucht von Cala Galdana mit perfektem Strand ohne Dreck und Schlick ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Tolle Poolanlage mit mehreren Pools und zahlreichen Liegen. Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen das Hotel. "

"The hotel is really old and more like a -3 star hotel. I think the staff is doing their best but it’s very far away from 5star service, they are simply not trained well. We had interconnected rooms that worked well on the 7th floor with two kids. The elevators are probably from the 80ths and I was scared each time we had to go. The pools were old, and smelly / dirty and so bad none of us wanted to swim. Would definitely not let our kids swim in the pools. The beach is wonderful! And location is stunning. It was absolutely not worth the money and we won’t return. "
