average stay.insects in the room.Shower drain was blocked . complained twice but it was not fixed.got some bonus points but that doesn't stop the bad experience . staff was friendly.

When we first arrived at the hotel they were doing a bunch of construction (looked like replacing some tiles). Then we had a problem at check in and had to wait a bit for them to figure stuff out. Not a great first impression. The hotel room was nice except for a few things. The one drawer on the dresser wouldnt stay shut. We didnt use it but kept trying to close it so we wouldnt run into it. The sheets looked clean and nice. The mattress felt a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and could only fit one person. However I liked that it had an area outside the bathroom with a mirror and spot to do hair. I didnt get to try out the pool. I like that it offered a breakfast. It had the trypical stuff including a pancake maker. It was quite crowded as we got there later closer to closing. The staff were very nice during our stay.

The staff were very informative and friendly. The property is old which I don’t mind but the shower drain was very slow so you stood in ankle high bath by the end. The mattresses need to be replaced. Best western needs to advance and get refill containers for soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The tiny bottles are a waste and difficult to use.

This hotel is a bit dated. Older building and not like the other Best Western I have been to. The breakfast was good. Friendly staff and good services. Close to major highways. Overall good.

We stayed at Room# 110. 1st night (Friday) was quiet. 2nd night (Saturday) was noisy. I peek through the room's window and that's when I found out where the noise was coming from. Our room was right next to the hotel's indoor swimming pool.

Great staff, loved the pool area. Room and pool area very clean. Breakfast was great the lady that was looking after it made sure everything was clean and replenished when needed. Overall great stay.

Bathroom door did not close properly, had to push hard to get it closed, which is loud and disturbing when you are sleeping, especially when a family member in middle of night gets up to use washroom. Hotel appears to be in midst of renovations. Older hotel. Beds are older. Breakfast is standard and good. Stayed in room 115. Overall stay was still good enough and comfortable enough for the amount of time we stayed at hotel with family of 4, and when you are out all day.

Continental breakfast was bland, but it was free and there was a TON of options. Hotel is walkable to a variety of amenities (marijuana, food, convenience store, alcohol, gas). Staff was so friendly and even the pool and hot tub was a really nice touch. Bed was extremely comfortable (better than mine at home!) and the whole room was so clean!

Very dated property... the hallway carpet was loose and lifting everywhere, seams exposed. Shower tile looked like it was piecemealed together. The safe didn't work and worst of all there is not enough parking on site. People were resorting to double parking and blocking others.
