The hotel is decent. The pool is pretty good, especially for children. Nice views of the city from the pool. The rooms are dirty and are a bit dated. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. My daughter lost an earring at the pool and they went above and beyond in helping find it. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay where the kids will enjoy themselves and there are lots of options to eat around the area.

Disappointed that the shuttle has limited hours, we were not able to use it due to our flights. If 24 hour shuttle service is not provided I suggest cab fare should be paid for or subsidized by the property. The pool has limited access by reservation, we were aware of it but other guests were not and had not pre booked the pool area therefore could not use it.

Good hotel! Great for families. I enjoyed that we had to book a time to use the waterpark during busy hours. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Good gym. Infrared sauna in the change room was a nice bonus. Will go back and recommend to others.
