We got upgraded to a suite. However, the room was not the level we expected. The carpeting was worn and looked like it need a cleaning, the furniture was dated and visibly dirty. The lighting was also not the best, which didn’t help the impression. The bathroom looked recently renovated and the caulking around the newer looking tub was fresh and gleaming white. Included breakfast was depressing and the hot food was powdered eggs and potatoes, cold on both occasions we tried it. Other items offered were spotted brown bananas and one warm yogurt. We didn’t try the pool or gym. We stayed a week despite this and in the end I felt it wasn’t SO bad, we went elsewhere for breakfast and housekeeping came daily to make up the room. The location was convenient for an event we attended and close to the airport. Probably would not go back again.

The room's heating doesn’t work, and the thermostat is broken. The bathroom sink and shower are clogged, causing poor drainage. I spoke to the front desk, and they said I should’ve received a discount or compensation, but they couldn’t offer any because I booked through Expedia. This was the worst experience ever!
