Overall this was a decent hotel and we would stay again. It wasn’t exactly dirty but I wouldn’t say it was super clean either. Towels, beds (sheets, pillows etc) were all clean and fresh but the walls, floors and some areas in the bathroom needed a good wipe. We had a family suite room which had lots of space and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Pool was great. Kids loved it. Breakfast was really good too. Lots of options including warm food (eggs, bacon and potato tots) and good Gluten free options too.

We booked 3 rooms to celebrate a family member's birthday. The owner/manager showed up at our room with chocolates from the staff to say Happy Birthday. It was such a nice gesture! The hotel was perfect, great pool and waterslide. The included breakfast was very good. The hotel is very close to Cross Iron Mills mall and Costco. Will definately stay here again.

Rooms were new, clean and spacious. Would have loved if the pool hours started earlier than 9am. Pool was a little on the cooler side as well. Breakfast was nice. Great location so close to the mall.

Dozens of hockey teams you couldn't even get a seat for breakfast do not come on weekends Kids running up and down the hallway. Pool filled with dozens of r.ugrats. also playing on the elevators
