Good hotel for quick stay, definitely needs some updates. It would be nice to see some smiles from staff, they seemed grumpy. Pool was nice and close to the tram line to get anywhere for sightseeing.

Got into room and AC was cranked, it’s winter! The dining room needs a refresh. Our two burgers, 2 beers and 8 wings was $70. No bun on chicken burger was lettuce. Lacking taste, cardboard burger. Breakfast had wet bacon and runny scrambled eggs. Opted for cereal.

The staff were very friendly. No complaints about the hotel. Very comfortable beds, and excellent breakfast. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in our room. It was clearly a smoking room once upon a time.

This hotel is not what it looks like online,elevator was broken for 3 days, pictures are very outdated, they have an immigration office in the lobby, hotel is being used to house the immigrants. Not that I’m against that but should be something that you are told or have to advertise. Would not stay here again

Not wheelchair friendly

Bed was filthy , covered in FRESH stains with Punic hair! We asked for new bedding and was told that’s not possible. We had an “accessible” room, it is NOT accessible for people in wheelchairs! The elevators were out of service ( which wouldn’t be a big deal, but if you do have some sort of physical disability we didn’t get notified till we were on the property. The pool area was disgusting!! Filled with food and there were BUGS on the floor everywhere. Was so disappointed in this stay. I’ve never left such a horrid review but I want to make sure other people are aware of the conditions.

The room and bed was comfy. We had issue with tv last night when we had power bump . Most channels came back . I wish the tv listings would work too. It’s hard to find the right channel. That staff was very nice. Morning breakfast could have been bit more selection. The only issue I been finding stay at hotel now is high of toilet are too low. It’s seems everywhere I had stay are way too low. Just wondering how senior could used this toilet and they would need help . Or someone that just had surgery. It good hotel with great location near mall and downtown area.

The only good thing about the room was Beds were super comfy Shower was noisy Hot water was limited Fridge was loud and when it shut off sounded like water dripping Room was so hot we shut the heater off but it kept turning on every 15 min even tho we turned it off and there was no thermostat to completely shut it off it was soo annoying we cut our trip short bcuz we could not sleep at night kids were running up and down the hall screaming pool area was disgusting blood on the floor was only a 2 person hot tub jets did not work water was freezing beats the purpose of a hot tub last thing was annoying hearing the LRT beside us they consistently were going it was crazy complementy breakfast was ok

2 night getaway

I had received a text and email telling me I could check-in online. So I did. Gave all the info required: vehicle, credit card et. O understood this wouks save time upon arrival...It didnot, the receptionist said that was for their head office. So I had to do it all again upon check-in..frustrating. Hotel was in a good location. Nice rooms. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service on the last day so uo and down 3 flights we went. I have a leg brace for osteoarthritis so that made it a challenge.

Decent stay.

Friendly and very accomodating staffs. No microwave in the room just a common microwave at the lobby.Elevator not working during our check out. We stayed at 3rd floor and need to take the stairs to carry our luggages and some of our stuffs. Rooms and facilities are starting to get outdated.Clean room. Don’t expect too much for breakfast, just a typical continental breakfast, not too much varieties.
