Absolutely wonderful!

Everything from the check in service to the condition of the room to the friendliness of the staff was beyond wonderful! I currently have a broken leg so I'm walking with crutches. The front desk girl helped me with my bag and getting into the elevator. There was a cleaning lady at the opposite end of the hall when I was leaving my room in the morning to check out, she dropped everything and came to help me with my bag and the elevator. The beds are SO comfy! I fell asleep at 830pm and slept right through until 530am! No noise, everything was clean, everyone was genuinely friendly and very affordable! I highly recommend staying here!

I always stay with this hotel however I notice that the staff at the desk are not friendly lately. The hotel showers need updating. What I do like about this property is parking underground but I notice the staff park under here to and so it does not leave a lot of room for the hotel guests.

I think flimsy plastic glasses and paper coffee cups are not a good look these non-Covid days. Night table had water rings from the previous occupants. Went for breakfast and were told there was no bacon available. We went elsewhere. Very disappointed.
