There were the old washer n dryers stacked right in the hallwau across our room, wasn't very nice. lots of noise till late night as we got the ground floor room. never staying here again. the fone, radio, everything was unplugged.

Nice central hotel, will stay again.
Check in was a little bit slow, feel it may have been newer staff so no terrible. Layout of room could be a little bit better in particular in the living area/ kitchenette. Also adding a mirror in the lobby area area just outside the bathroom allows for both parties to get ready at the same time. Overall though would be a nice place for a few days stay. Would like aome kind of writing material on the desk perhaps. And i do like a little booklet on the hotel and its services also available in the room but that was lacking. Breakfast was good. Would like bacon but others wise was a nice choice.

The heat pump in the unit was so loud. Sounds like a bearing or fan issue. And the refrigerator similarly was extremely noisy ever time it ran. The noise was so severe. I could not sleep. I complain at the front desk and they indicated the would put in a service request. In interim I had two terrible nights sleep.

This hotel accommodated my family with an early check in which was invaluable due to a wedding we had to get ready for. The staff was extremely pleasant. The only negative is there was a $250 damage deposit for a 1 night stay. Which is absurd.

Clean. Wasn’t loud enough to bother me though the air conditioner in the room wouldn’t work, I didn’t have need for it either. Spoke to a man on the phone about early check in - was a bit dismissive and quick to get me off the phone, wouldn’t take my info to make a promise about it and just said 12:30 would be good. It did work out so I wouldn’t hold that against them. Staff were friendly.
