The suite accommodated our group and met all of our needs. There were a lot of breakfast options. The only downside to our stay was the pool was unavailable during our stay.

I would have a 5 star review. Hotel is great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. My problem is the pool was closed down during my stay. I had called before arrival and it was operational. I only had 6 nights to see my nephew who was 9, and loves to swim. I chose this hotel because of all the amenities. Came from Ontario and was not happy. Couldnt find comparible hotel until last 2 days. Was not happy but besides pool...great place. Just disappointed for all the promises for pool. If it was just my husband and i, i would not have cared. I made such a big deal to my nephew. He was the reason why i chose here

While we appreciated the location and the breakfast, the rest of the stay was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. There were yellow stains on the door to the bathroom as well as on the ceiling of the bathroom. The door to the bedroom, although full size, was split down the middle just to be able to open and close because the foot of the bed was only about 2 ft from the back of the door itself, which made coming in and out of the bedroom challenging, particularly with our young children. Most frustrating of all was that the pool was out of service for our entire stay, we were not informed of this until AFTER we checked in, and were told multiple times each day that it was being worked on (which we never saw any evidence of), but never did get fixed before we checked out. On top of this, we found out from other hotel guests this was not true and it had been down the whole time they had been there as well, which was at least 4 days before we checked in. The manager who was present on site (Rashad, could be spelled wrong) refused to come to the front desk to speak to us about compensation for the lack of pool amenity at check out and instead continued to send his front desk agent back to tell me they couldn’t do anything and that he would not come to speak to me. In the end I received partial compensation ($100, total cost of stay over $700 for 3 nights) only thanks to Expedia.

Was a good stay. Unfortunately our vehicle was broken Into and some things were stolen on the last night of our stay. There were a few homeless people hanging around which made it feel a bit unsafe as I witnessed fights etc. We had to leave a day early due to unforseen circumstances and was told we would be reimbursed for the day we wouldn't be staying but never received the refund. Our favorite part of our stay was the staff at breakfast always had a smile and good mornings exchanged. Our room was decent, a lot of wear and tear but overall I was very impressed with this establishment.

Location..location.
Hotel is conveniently located next to Barlow Trail, close to Sunridge Mall and about 2 kms south of YYC Airport. Lots of restaurants to choose from. My personal favourite is the “Garden of Italy”. Yumm. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The Hotel is fresh, clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. 👍👍

Great hotel
I stayed in room 414. Bed was comfortable, and there was a good selection of pillows. The AC and heating worked very well in the room. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The dishwasher smelled a little bit, and the sink didn’t have anything to cover the drain (so water could still pass through but a ring or earring wouldn’t) and that was a bit annoying. But other than that everything was great. The breakfast offered was excellent. I would suggest that they start supplying each room with a cafeteria tray or something similar as not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the lobby and it’s difficult to carry the food back to your room without a tray.
