Room was quite acceptable, host was very nice. Very disappointed that the “tap” function on the pos system didn’t work. Not sure that is acceptable practice in 2024.

I've stayed here before and always found it to be excellent - clean, warm, etc. Upon checkin this time, the computers were down and myself and another guest unable to check in as per normal - fornt clerk (Shiraz?) looked at our e-mail confirmations, gave us a room rather than make us wait. Approx 1/2 later computers back up and we were able to complete check in - top marks to him!!

My stay was really good, only things id change is the coffee is super weak in rooms and in breakfast area. Also the breakfast was good but changing up the options for muffins would be good every day it was blueberry. Staff was very pleasent and so very helpful .
