The hotel was basic and over priced for the weekend. After paying over $600 for two nights, extra $25 was also deducted from my account without any explanation. Staff were not welcoming and willing to help. Please avoid this one… it’s not worth it.

Upon check-in, we got a text that said to reply to the email if we needed help. We sent a request about dining options and received no response. We scheduled a 6:00 AM airport shuttle and it had already left when we made it to the lobby at 5:59. We were told it left a minute earlier and they don’t call the rooms in the morning because people may be asleep. This delayed us another 30 minutes for an international flight. Since we had to wait, we grabbed breakfast which was bland at best.

Nice new hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, huge breakfast selection included with room. Free to/from airport shuttle took 35 mins for pick up from the airport when promised 5-10 over the phone. I did online express check-in ahead of time as we were arriving late at night, which proved useless as it took at least 10 mins to “check in” at the front desk (with no line ups) with the help of a supervisor. We were charged the $100 refundable deposit twice, waiting for it to be returned.
