Beautiful detached holiday villa with beautiful garden and view over a nature reserve of Callantsoog. Buitenplaats 16 has a bright living room and through the patio doors you enter the terrace with glass windbreak. Thanks to the wind, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine early in spring! At the end of the garden, directly on the water, there is a deck. What a wonderfully quiet spot on the water! The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The spacious dining table offers enough space for 5 people. In the hall there is the guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The luxurious bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. Country estate 16 has parking space in its own driveway for 2 cars. What a wonderful, luxurious stay for up to 5 people in this detached, modern villa by the sea! From here it is only a 20-minute walk to Callantsoog beach. Pets are not allowed here.
