We liked where the property was situated. The staff were friendly & efficient & the breakfast & pub meals were lovely. The bedroom was spacious & clean. The bathroom was small but adequate but the sink was blocked. Someone did try to unblock it but that resulted in a leak. It didn't make our stay any less enjoyable though.

Comfortable rooms at good price
Large comfortable rooms separate from the pub itself, so nice and quiet. Separate entrance from car park useful. Well stocked with tea and coffee and good sized TV. Staff helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices and only 15 minute walk to town centre. Only issue with our room was sick was cracked and leaked if filled.

The staff are great very accommodating. However its right next to a industrial estate and was a tad noisy. The rooms are showing signs of tiredness. We had a leaky shower.
