Old reformed farmhouse in Calonge with surface of 270 m². It’s surrounded by wineyards and olive-trees fields and wonderful green landscapes. Private pool and the house has a capacity for 14 persons to enjoy an unforgettable holidays in the Costa Brava.
It’s located at 5 kms from Torre Valentina and Sant Antoni de Calonge beach, and it’s composed by the ground floor and one storey over, with the living-room with fire place, independent kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with one double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds), 5 bathrooms (1 bathroom in the triple room and 2 bathrooms in the bedrooms with double bed) and a wide list of services and additional amenities:
- Outdoor furniture.
- Independent kitchen.
- Dinning-living-room with access to the terrace and the garden.
- Satellite television programs.
- Covered terrace with a barbecue and a stone oven.
- 2000 m² of private garden and terraces.
